Introducing Pay as you go: $249/mo, 10M events included

Today we're introducing Pay as you go, the plan between Free and Enterprise.
Free is deliberately capped — 10 customers, 250K events a month, hard block once you're past it. That's the right shape for prototyping, but it's the wrong shape the moment you have real customers depending on your product. Pay as you go removes the wall:
- 500 customers included, then $0.30/customer/month past that
- 10M events/month included, then $10 per additional 1M events
- $249/month, with two months free on an annual commitment
- Everything unlocked at once: quota alerting over Slack/webhook, entitlement JWT tokens, the coupon engine, and period-end close automation
The overage model matters as much as the price. Free blocks — once you hit the limit, metering calls get rejected with a 402 until you upgrade. Pay as you go bills instead: usage past the included volume is metered and invoiced automatically, so a traffic spike costs you money, not customers.
Multi-region deployment is available on this plan too, for a flat $49/month surcharge, if your customers need workloads to land closer to them.
If you're already on Free and outgrowing it, upgrading is a plan change, not a migration — same APIs, same integration, same data. See the full breakdown on Pricing.
